The hotel was suitable for the price. I was traveling alone so I only chose a mid-range hotel but I didn't expect to find this hotel for the money I spent but I felt like I got a bargain. Everything I need for a trip is equipped in the room, the staff is also very friendly when answering all my questions, highly recommended.

I chose this hotel after looking at hotels in the area and it did not disappoint. The staff are extremely kind, they are always ready when you need them 24/7. I had them go shopping for me late at night because I didn't know the way but they helped me and that was wonderful. I will definitely stay here when I return to Hanoi

The location is great with a lot of eating places around. The room is comfortable with good a/c, bed, the bathroom is clean and nice. The guard is friendly, helpful. I definitely come back if I go to Hanoi
